One of the best ways to prevent more virus is to have active virus protection. AVG and McAfee are two of the leading Anti-Virus programs for your computer. Both can be configured to update and scan your computer to stop viruses before they cause damage. AVG Free Virus Protection
AVG is a superb and capable virus protection software package that now can be scheduled for scans and updates. It is highly recommend by industry magazines and many people prefer it over McAfee because it is less resource intensive and "freaks out" less when it discovers a virus.
McAfee Virus Protection
McAfee is a standard in virus protection. It can be scheduled for scans and updates to help protect your computer. You can download a free copy or have us put on a copy up at the DormNet HelpDesk.
