My Internet Doesn't Work

Some things you might want to check before you call us...

• Is it plugged in to the orange jack?
  • Ok, you might be suprised how often this happens, but it will work much better if it's plugged in.
• Try your roommate's jack.
  • If it starts working in their jack, there is a good chance that there is something wrong with the jack. Call us and we can fix it. It might be polite to give your roommate back their internet jack.
• Do you have a firewall?
  • Programs like ZoneAlarm that are firewalls can completely block all internet access. Turn off your firewall and see if that solves your problem.
• Has your computer been running slow or been acting strange?
  • It could be a spyware or virus problem. Check out our virus and spyware removal pages. Give us a call and we can help you.
