My Computer Keeps Shutting Down

You may be on your computer, minding your own business and it just randomly shuts down on you. The most likely cause is either a virus or it's overheating. If there is some type of countdown window that you can't get rid of, it is most likely a virus and you should unplug your computer from the network to keep it from spreading and then contact us as soon as possible.
